Poor choices
Im super stressed out about wedding planning. My dress should be here Monday and i have no idea if it will fit come September because i ordered it small. So how do i cope with this stress? I eat a shit ton of ice cream. Uggghhhh. Why do i do this to myself????
I also haven’t exercised this weekend but Im hoping the hour and a half of yard work and 2 hours cleaning the house balances that out. Right?
